Multiple openings are available to support students and educators in high school settings, with roles offering either classroom-wide or individualized (1:1) assistance. As a valued member of the educational team, you will help foster positive learning experiences and personal growth for students with varying needs.
Position Highlights:
- Contracted opportunity with minimum weekly hours of 30 (some roles up to 32.5)
- Focus on high school settings, with options for classroom or 1:1 student support
- Consistent and reliable daily transportation required
- Prior pediatric experience is preferred, though not mandatory
- Dedication to supporting students, collaborating effectively with teachers, and upholding a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in daily classroom activities and support students in understanding assignments
- Work closely with individual students, providing personalized assistance as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with students, staff, and families
- Implement and support students behavior and academic goals as directed by lead staff
- Contribute to a safe, respectful and inclusive learning atmosphere
