Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; must provide a copy for consideration.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications completed through in-person instruction only; copies required (virtual credentials not accepted).
• Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant paraprofessional or classroom support experience.
• Compassionate, patient, and motivated to work with students with autism and varying needs.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills.
• Candidates will undergo a preliminary screening with a brand manager, followed by a formal interview as part of the placement process.

Role Overview:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering individualized instruction and providing behavioral and academic support, particularly in elementary autism support settings.
• Help implement student IEPs and behavior intervention plans with professionalism and consistency.
• Foster an engaging and positive learning atmosphere.
• Support classroom management and daily routines, ensuring student safety and well-being at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of conduct in all interactions.
