Full-time, contract paraprofessional positions are available, spanning grades K-8 and focusing on both academic and behavioral support. Positions include:

• Middle school (grades 6-8): Offer academic and clerical assistance to help students excel and aid teachers in classroom management.
• Early elementary (K-2): One position focuses on one-on-one behavioral and life skills support, including assisting with personal care tasks and daily safety; the other centers on traditional classroom support with some behavioral intervention.
• Upper elementary (grades 3-5): Two roles emphasize providing behavioral support as part of a special education team.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in school settings preferred
• Familiarity supporting students with diverse behavioral needs and developmental challenges
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Patience, empathy, and commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and specialists
• Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom needs

Key responsibilities include:
