With two openings available, youll be working a consistent schedule, starting Monday, from 8:15 AM to 2:45 PM, totaling 30 hours each week. This short-term assignment offers the possibility of extension through the entire school year, providing the opportunity to build lasting connections and professional growth.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Existing onboarding as a paraprofessional (required)
• Previous experience supporting teachers or working one-on-one or in small groups with students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow educator direction and implement lesson plans or student strategies effectively
• Patience, positivity, and a commitment to supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in the classroom by assisting with daily routines and instructional activities
• Provide guidance and encouragement to students as directed by teaching staff
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assist with classroom management and help foster student engagement
• Adapt to the varying needs of students and help facilitate accommodations as needed
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to appropriate team members
