Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and instructional tasks
• Support individual students or small groups academically and behaviorally
• Help monitor classroom behavior and encourage a positive learning atmosphere
• Provide support with assignments, organization, and classroom routines
• Supervise students during transitions, meals, and recess as needed
• Document student progress and promptly communicate observations to educators
