Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Prior experience working with children or in school settings is preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and patiently with students and staff

• High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certification as a paraprofessional is a plus
• Compassion, patience, and commitment to supporting diverse learners, including those with special needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students under the guidance of classroom teachers
• Provide academic and behavioral support in both group and one-on-one settings
• Help implement lesson plans, classroom activities, and interventions
• Assist with classroom organization and daily routines
