Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a school support role
• Demonstrated ability to remain patient, compassionate, and flexible in challenging situations
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with students requiring significant behavioral or academic support
• Adaptable and able to follow teachers instructions to implement academic and behavioral plans

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assistance and guidance to students throughout the school day
• Support instructional activities under the direction of teaching staff
• Assist with maintaining a positive, structured classroom environment suited to individual student needs
• Help students with daily routines and tasks, including classroom participation and transitions
• Communicate regularly with teaching teams and parents as needed to promote student progress
• Document student behavior and progress, sharing observations for planning and improvement

This position is full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday) and will immerse you in a schedule that allows for meaningful relationship-building and skill development while supporting a passionate student community.
