Help guide a kindergarten-aged student in their early learning journey as a paraprofessional working directly in the students home environment. This unique contract opportunity offers a tailored experience, providing 1 hour of one-on-one support per day to prepare the child for a successful transition into the school setting.

Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a paraprofessional, particularly in early childhood or elementary education settings
- Background in supporting individual learning plans or working one-on-one with students
- Familiarity with school readiness activities, including pre-academic and social development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with families
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily activities focused on language, numeracy, and social-emotional skills
- Reinforce routines and expectations that align with kindergarten readiness
- Adapt support techniques to the unique needs and interests of the student
- Track progress and maintain clear, supportive communication with the childs family
