Interested in working in a school but don't have previous classroom experience? We're looking for dependable, enthusiastic individuals to support teachers and students as School Paraprofessionals in Sacramento.
Previous experience working with children is preferred, but it is not required. We're interested in candidates who are patient, willing to learn, and motivated to help students succeed.

What You'll Be Doing:
Help teachers carry out daily classroom activities.
Support students as they work through assignments and learning tasks.
Encourage participation and engagement.
Assist with classroom routines and transitions.
Promote respectful interactions and positive behavior.
Help organize classroom materials and maintain a welcoming environment.
What You Bring:
A positive, team-oriented attitude.
An interest in helping children learn and grow.
Good communication skills.
Reliability, patience, and flexibility.
A willingness to learn classroom procedures and follow staff direction.
Previous childcare, tutoring, camp counseling, mentoring, or school experience is helpful but not required.
