Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity serving Pre-K through 12th grade students in a small, collaborative school district. This role is based on a single campus in the Lake Stevens area, offering the unique chance to support five schools, creating strong connections and impacting diverse student populations. The contract runs from September 2, 2026, through June 15, 2026, with a flexible 16-hour workweek to fit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students motor and physical development for IEP and 504 team planning
  • Develop effective therapy schedules tailored to student needs
  • Deliver high-quality Physical Therapy (PT) servicesdirect, indirect, and consultative
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educational staff
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current or eligible Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate for Physical Therapy and WA Physical Therapy Professional Licensure
  • Prior experience providing PT in a public-school setting
  • Demonstrated skill in working with multicultural and multilingual student populations
  • Familiarity with public-school procedures and interdisciplinary education
  • Valid Washington State drivers license
  • Proven knowledge of current PT best practices and evidence-based interventions
