In this position, you will:
- Deliver individualized and group pediatric physical therapy services as outlined in student IEPs
- Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to adapt environments and activities for student participation
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers to maximize therapeutic outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation according to school and professional standards
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy (required)
- Active state licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong experience working with pediatric or school-based populations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced school setting
