Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license for Arizona
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting, with comfort supporting K-3rd grade students
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Dedication to creating an engaging, positive, and supportive therapy environment
What Youll Do:
- Provide direct, evidence-based PT services for students in grades K-3, following IEP goals
- Design and implement individualized therapy activities to improve strength, balance, and coordination
- Collaborate with educators and families to support inclusion and classroom participation
- Monitor and document student progress, performing re-evaluations as required
- Consult with school staff, providing strategies and recommendations to maximize student success
- Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines for therapy services
Position Details:
- Full school year commitment, on-site
- 20 hours per week for a balanced schedule
