Youll provide direct physical therapy services at a single, well-supported site, working 20 hours per week within the school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
• Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans for diverse learning needs
• Enthusiasm for working with children in early elementary grades

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized physical therapy services to students in K-3rd grade
• Develop, implement, and update student treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student progress
• Document student evaluations, sessions, and progress according to school requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the schools multidisciplinary team
• Create a positive and encouraging therapy environment for all students
