What experience and qualifications are desirable?
- Appropriate state licensure/certification for your specialty (e.g., SLP, PT, BCBA, RBT, Special Education)
- School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Adaptable, proactive mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Comfort working with diverse student populations and needs
- Willingness to travel and adjust to short-term contract environments
