Job Description
Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity providing one-on-one support as a Registered Behavior Technician. You'll be working directly with an elementary-aged male student, helping to navigate and respond to a range of behaviors throughout the school day. With hours set from 8:00 AM to 3:50 PM, this position allows you to make a tangible difference while benefiting from ongoing BCBA supervision and guidance.
Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required
- Previous experience working with elementary-age students preferred
- Adept at implementing individualized behavior plans
- Comfortable responding to varied behaviors in a school setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work 1:1 with an elementary student, utilizing evidence-based strategies under the guidance of a BCBA
- Implement and document individualized behavior intervention plans
- Track and report progress data as required
- Maintain a positive, supportive environment to promote the students growth and independence
- Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and school staff
- Uphold ethical and professional standards at all times
This placement begins as soon as possible and will run through June 22, 2027, providing a stable assignment for those seeking long-term impact in a school environment. You'll be part of a supportive teaching team focused on helping every student succeed.
