Your workday will run from 8:00 AM to 3:50 PM, aligning with a steady school routine and offering the chance to build meaningful relationships. This position is available for an immediate start and continues through June 22, 2027, offering the stability to see your student's progress over multiple school years.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Experience working with children in school or clinic settings strongly preferred
• Skilled in providing direct support to students with a range of behavioral needs
• Ability to implement behavioral intervention and data collection as directed by a BCBA
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to an elementary student throughout the school day
• Implement interventions, follow behavior support plans, and accurately collect daily data
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and BCBA supervisor for consistent student support
• Recognize and respond appropriately to varied behaviors in a learning environment
• Encourage social skills, emotional regulation, and classroom participation
