This position is open to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) as well as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) interested in shaping school environments. Whether you are seeking full-time or part-time hours, a flexible schedule is available to suit your needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA or RBT certification required
- Approximately one year of experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- School-based experience highly preferred, but all candidates with relevant background considered
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting students and training staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with faculty and students to address and manage behaviors
- Provide de-escalation and crisis prevention training to teachers and staff
- Support the integration of positive behavior strategies within classrooms
- Serve as an educational resource for both staff and students
- No primary responsibility for writing FBAs or BIPs
