Qualifications

• Active BCBA or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential (required)
• Minimum of one years experience practicing ABA; school-based experience preferred
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse student populations (K-12)
• Strong communication and training skills for working with faculty and staff
• Flexibility to accommodate a range of schedules

Key Responsibilities

• Support faculty and students in managing classroom behaviors, adapting strategies to individual needs
• Train and educate teachers and staff in de-escalation and crisis prevention techniques
• Collaborate with the school team to provide effective behavioral interventions
• Primary focus on hands-on supportresponsibilities typically do not include authoring Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) or Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Help nurture an environment that promotes learning, safety, and growth for every student
