Youll serve as a behavioral resource, leveraging your background in Applied Behavior Analysis to foster a supportive learning atmosphere. If you have at least a year of ABA experienceespecially in educational settingsyoull be strongly considered.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential (required)
- Minimum of one years experience practicing ABA; school-based experience preferred
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse student populations (K-12)
- Strong communication and training skills for working with faculty and staff
- Flexibility to accommodate a range of schedules
Key Responsibilities
- Support faculty and students in managing classroom behaviors, adapting strategies to individual needs
- Train and educate teachers and staff in de-escalation and crisis prevention techniques
- Collaborate with the school team to provide effective behavioral interventions
- Primary focus on hands-on supportresponsibilities typically do not include authoring Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) or Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Help nurture an environment that promotes learning, safety, and growth for every student
