Step into a rewarding opportunity working closely with an elementary student as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Essential Qualifications:

• Active and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Prior experience working with children or students exhibiting a range of behaviors.
• Understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented in dynamic situations.
• Strong organizational skills and professionalism in documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with an elementary male student throughout the school day (8:00 AM to 3:50 PM).
• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBA supervision.
• Monitor, document, and report student progress and behavioral data.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce positive behavioral strategies.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Adapt approaches to address varied behaviors and evolving student needs.
• Attend training and team meetings as required.
