Two exciting opportunities are availableone full-time placement and one maternity leave coverageboth offering at least 30 hours per week at a welcoming and collaborative school community. These contract roles are instrumental in ensuring all students unique academic, emotional, and behavioral needs are recognized and supported.

The primary objective in these positions is to identify and address learning or emotional barriers by conducting psychoeducational assessments and working in partnership with educators, families, and students. Your insights and interventions will help shape positive outcomes and foster the success of every learner.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active School Psychologist certification or eligibility in Georgia
• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills across K12 population
• Demonstrated experience in collaboration and consultation with multidisciplinary teams
• Effective communication with students, staff, and families
• Empathy, flexibility, and cultural competence

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Participate actively in the problem-solving process for academic and behavioral concerns
• Consult and collaborate with staff and parents to develop effective intervention strategies
• Contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as appropriate
• Support crisis interventions and provide counseling as needed
• Help foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment
