Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligible for certification as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Proficient in administering psychological assessments and interpreting results
- Knowledgeable in developing and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative abilities
- Compassionate, solution-focused, and adaptable approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to devise effective interventions and support strategies
- Assist in crisis intervention, behavioral planning, and prevention programs
- Facilitate student and family counseling sessions to support mental and emotional well-being
- Provide guidance on instructional methods and classroom management
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and compliance guidelines within school psychology
- Maintain confidential and accurate records related to assessments and services
