Job Description

Step into a vibrant educational community and play a key role in supporting student well-being at the elementary and middle school levels. This in-person opportunity encompasses a full-time commitment of 7 hours each day, totaling 35 paid hours per week (excluding lunch). The position is available for immediate start and extends through June 9, 2027, offering a stable and rewarding experience on campus.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active School Psychologist credential or eligibility for credentialing
  • Experience working with elementary and/or middle school-aged students in a school setting
  • Strong understanding of the assessment process, individualized education programs (IEPs), and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS)
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual skills highly valued for supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret findings for student support planning
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and review IEPs
  • Consult with educators, parents, and administrators to identify and address learning, behavioral, and emotional challenges
  • Deliver individual and group counseling, as well as crisis intervention services, as needed
  • Support implementation of positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS) within the school culture
  • Maintain thorough, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
