Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state license or certification as a School Psychologist
• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience with administering, scoring, and interpreting a range of psychological and educational assessments
• Strong background in counseling, consultation, and behavioral intervention techniques
• Familiarity with special education regulations and IEP processes
• Effective communicator with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students referred by school staff or parents
• Provide counseling and direct intervention services to students in need
• Collaborate with educational teams to create data-driven, individualized support plans
• Participate in IEP and 504 meetings, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and policies
• Partner with families and staff to promote social, emotional, and academic success for diverse learners
• Support crisis intervention and provide guidance on mental health matters within the school community
