Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid School Psychologist Certification
  • Previous experience working in K-12 school environments
  • Solid understanding of assessment tools, eligibility criteria, and special education procedures
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments to determine student needs and eligibility for services
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and intervention services for students experiencing academic, behavioral, or emotional challenges
  • Consult with school staff on classroom strategies and student support plans
  • Support crisis intervention efforts and promote a positive, inclusive school culture
  • Maintain thorough, compliant records and documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations

This full-time contract role begins in September 2026, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week across five days. Work with students at all grade levels, contributing your expertise to foster their overall well-being.
