In this role, you'll collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and students to identify and address special learning and emotional or behavioral needs. Desired Qualifications:

• Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Knowledge of psychoeducational assessment tools and intervention strategies
• Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations
• Ability to collaboratively consult with educators, parents, and external support personnel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to student advocacy and educational success

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct educational and psychological assessments for students, identifying learning or behavioral difficulties
• Analyze test results and develop actionable intervention recommendations
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise for individualized education planning
• Offer direct and indirect counseling and support services to students
• Advise and consult with teachers and families regarding accommodations and strategies
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary
