Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting young learners in a dynamic PreK setting as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. This position runs from August 2026 through May 2027 and centers around making a meaningful difference in students' lives through impactful communication intervention and support.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and current SLP licensure in Georgia (GA)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language therapy
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms or willingness to learn
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and culturally responsive care
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for PreK students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in both in-person and teletherapy settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, goals, and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
• Provide support, guidance, and resources for families regarding speech and language development
