Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Active state licensure in good standing as an SLP
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and the school environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals in partnership with educational teams
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and report outcomes as required
- Consult with teachers, families, and other specialists to develop effective support and intervention strategies
- Foster an inclusive and communicative environment conducive to student growth and engagement
