Job Description
Work closely with kindergarten through 8th grade students by delivering high-quality speech-language therapy services in a supportive school setting. This full-time contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference with a schedule designed to promote work-life balance.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and valid fingerprint clearance card
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-age populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students on your caseload, targeting a variety of communication disorders
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students IEP goals
- Complete required documentation and progress reports consistently and accurately
- Participate in team meetings and provide ongoing consultation to school personnel
- Attend evaluation and eligibility meetings as needed
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
