Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as an SLP, or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with staff and families
  • Provide direct therapeutic services on-site or remotely through secure teletherapy platforms
  • Maintain accurate service records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with educational teams
  • Offer consultative support to educators and caregivers to facilitate generalization of therapy objectives
