Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting student growth and success as a Speech-Language Pathologist at a single elementary school serving children from preschool through 6th grade. This role is perfect for SLPs eager to make a direct impact in an educational setting, whether you are a seasoned professional with your CCC or a Clinical Fellow (CFY) seeking valuable school-based experience.

You will work in-person, beginning at the start of November, and help students reach their full communication potential. The assignment runs through early April, with a possible extension depending on school needs.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible California SLP license
• CCC-SLP, or Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome!
• School-based experience preferred; strong new graduates encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct SLP services to a caseload of approximately 43 students
• Manage and oversee case management responsibilities for 22 students
• Deliver therapy and support in a single elementary site (Preschool6th grade)
• Complete 3 pending assessments early in the assignment, with ongoing evaluation as needed
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
• Maintain comprehensive records and progress notes in compliance with guidelines
