Job Description
Make an impact on the lives of young learners as a Speech Language Pathologist, supporting early childhood students with their communication and language development. This contract, part-time opportunity offers you the chance to make a real difference working just one day per week from November 1st to December 18th, 2026 at a welcoming Early Childhood Center in the Highland area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to children in early childhood programs
- Assess and support students diverse communication and language needs
- Guide and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary school teams
- Document progress and adjust interventions based on each students unique requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Demonstrated skills in providing speech and language therapy
- Early childhood experience is preferred and highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
