Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or strong clinical fellowship candidates considered
• Prior experience working in school settings preferred, but recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in evaluating and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans tailored to individual IEPs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver evidence-based interventions in both one-on-one and group settings
