This full-time contract opportunity is based onsite, providing specialized services to a caseload of approximately 55 students near Littlerock, CA.

Ideal candidates are skilled in delivering evaluation, intervention, and collaboration in a pediatric or school setting. Whether holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), your expertise makes a difference.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active or pending CA SLP license
  • Eligibility for or holding ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) desired; Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome to apply
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong ability to complete assessments, develop treatment goals, and maintain documentation
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educators

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for students aged preschool through high school, as assigned
  • Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals and therapy programs based on student need
  • Deliver direct therapy servicesboth individual and small groupsupporting expressive/receptive language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatics
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
  • Engage and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student outcomes
  • Attend meetings and participate in the multidisciplinary team process
