Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting high school students with diverse learning needs in a vibrant educational environment near the Naperville area. This contract position offers the chance to work closely with a manageable caseload of 25 students, helping them to develop key communication skills and achieve academic success throughout the school year.

This engaging role is onsite only and runs from August 12th, 2025 to May 15th, 2026. Youll work three days per week from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.with Wednesdays required and the other two days tailored to your availability, giving you meaningful flexibility while maintaining consistency for students and staff.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Illinois SLP licensure and relevant certifications
• Prior experience working in a school setting, ideally with high school-age students
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families
• Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to a high school caseload with various learning disabilities
• Develop individualized goals and monitor progress for each student
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student achievement
• Maintain organized, up-to-date documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Attend required meetings and contribute to student support teams
