Required Qualifications:
- Valid and active SLP credentials (state licensure and/or certification)
- Experience in school settings (preschool through 8th grade preferred)
- Skilled in evaluating and treating communication disorders
- Strong documentation and IEP development skills
- Bilingual proficiency is strongly valued
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students (ages 3-8th grade)
- Conduct assessments and develop/monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families
- Maintain timely and clear documentation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to best practices
