Qualifications:

• Hold an active Indiana SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) license
• Previous experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy
• Ability to manage a caseload of high school and middle school students (approx. 65 students)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering student growth and well-being

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
