Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based speech therapy
- Demonstrated ability in assessment, intervention planning, and documentation for students with diverse needs
- Proficiency in collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
- CCC-SLP preferred, though strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language needs
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and communication logs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and ancillary staff to support optimal learning environments
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and school-based evaluations
