Qualifications:
- Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Background working with school-age children, ideally in secondary settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

- Flexibility to adapt to individual student needs and school schedules
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services for students in middle and high school
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and write evidence-based IEP goals
- Offer both direct therapy and consultative support to educators and families
- Track student progress, document interventions, and adjust plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with the wider educational team
- Educate staff and parents on communication strategies and support plans
