Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure and credentials
- ASHA CCCs or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in school-based settings highly valued
- Background working with pediatric populations
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Adaptability to manage a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver services directly to students in both group and one-on-one settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in compliance with school protocols
- Participate in IEP meetings, department discussions, and ongoing professional development
