Make a positive impact working full-time on a dynamic school-based Speech-Language Pathology assignment for grades 4-6. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work in person throughout the full academic year, engaging with students to support their communication, social, and academic success. Youll be based at a single, easily accessible site and collaborate closely with educators, students, and families.

Desired Qualifications:

• Possession of (or eligibility for) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Recent experience working with school-aged children, preferably grades 4-6
• Solid understanding of IEP development, therapy planning, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for building rapport with students, staff, and families
• Energetic, adaptable, and committed to fostering positive student outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students at one centrally located site
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments to identify student needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and update IEP documentation based on student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure an integrated approach to student support
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide insight into speech and language strategies for the classroom
• Maintain timely and accurate progress notes, reports, and other required documentation
