Your daily schedule runs from 8:40 am to 2:55 pm, Monday through Fridaygiving you plenty of time to contribute meaningfully while also enjoying work-life balance.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Strong background working in school settings, particularly with K-5th grade populations
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with students, families, and staff
- Flexibility, professionalism, and a passion for supporting student growth
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across the K-5 spectrum
- Develop individualized IEP goals, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster optimal outcomes for students
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development activities
- Provide timely intervention and support to ensure students communication needs are met within the school environment
