Job Description
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services. This position supports middle school students in a school setting located in Andover, MN, with a preference for onsite work but open to virtual arrangements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech-language therapy tailored to middle school-aged students
- Conducting sessions either onsite or through teletherapy platforms
- Managing a caseload consistent with a 0.8 full-time equivalent (approximately 30 hours per week)
- Complying with state regulations and maintaining an active Minnesota SLP license throughout the contract period
Required qualifications and experience:
- Active Minnesota SLP license (license must be current and not pending)
- Proven experience in delivering speech-language pathology services via telespeech and teletherapy formats
- Ability to effectively manage workload within the 0.8 FTE guideline without exceeding the states 1.0 FTE limit
- Strong organizational skills to handle caseload documentation and communication
- Previous experience working with middle school populations preferred
