Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services in a middle school setting. The role supports students through both onsite and teletherapy platforms, offering flexibility in service delivery to meet diverse student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapy sessions to middle school students, both in-person and via teletherapy.
  • Collaborate with school staff to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with educational and licensing requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to caseload and working hour regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license (no pending licenses accepted).
  • Experience providing speech-language services to middle school-aged children.
  • Proficiency in telespeech and teletherapy techniques.
  • Ability to manage workload within the states 1.0 FTE regulation (not exceeding 40 hours per week).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
