This full-time, full-year contract position provides an exciting opportunity to offer in-person SLP services at a single site, with the convenience of remote participation in meetings. You'll play a key role helping students strengthen their communication abilities and thrive academically and socially.

Ideal candidates are inspired to work with adolescents and are equipped to handle a varied caseload. You'll collaborate with educational teams and families, using your SLP expertise to develop and implement individualized therapy plans. Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current, valid state licensure (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience delivering SLP services in a middle or high school environment
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, in-person speech-language therapy to students in grades 6-12
• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Participate in remote meetings with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Maintain clear, compliant documentation and progress reports
• Advocate for students' needs within the school community
• Offer guidance and support to educators on communication interventions
