This full-time, full-year position is grounded in on-site, in-person service at a single campus. Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility
• Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting, preferably with middle and high school students
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans for a diverse student population
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Professional, responsible, and adaptable mindset with a passion for helping students succeed

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades 612
• Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals and evidence-based therapy interventions
• Work closely with teachers and school staff on integrating communication strategies into the classroom
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences, both in-person and remotely as needed
• Provide consultation and resources to families and educators to support student progress
