As part of a collaborative team, youll work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing assessment, intervention, and ongoing support for students with a range of speech and language needs. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
- Ability to work effectively with adolescents in middle and high school
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 65 students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain compliance documentation
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to ensure optimal support for each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
