Minimum Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current DE SLP license (must submit license and updated resume to be considered)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Flexibility to provide onsite and homebound therapy services

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech/language therapy to students onsite and to homebound students as assigned
• Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to support IEP goals
• Document and monitor student progress
• Adapt services based on fluctuating caseload needs
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to supportive, inclusive learning environments
