In this position, youll support students in both the Pioneer Regional and Eastern Pulaski School Corporations, covering Preschool to 12th grade. You'll work with approximately 150 students across both locations with varied speech and language needs, allowing you to collaborate with educators and develop adaptable skills in diverse educational settings. Each day will present new puzzles to solve and opportunities to work alongside multidisciplinary teams, nurturing both student potential and your professional development.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana.
- Prior school-based experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proficient in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide therapy for students from Preschool through 12th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal requirements.
- Engage with teachers, families, and staff to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
