Desired Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Special Education Licensure (or eligibility)
- Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or related field
- Prior classroom experience in special education preferred
- Excellent adaptability, collaboration, and communication skills
- Willing and able to relocate to Colorado
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, adapt, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect instructional support to students with diverse needs
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff
- Monitor and document student progress to ensure IEP goals are met
- Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
