Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado Special Education Licensure (or eligibility)
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or related field
  • Prior classroom experience in special education preferred
  • Excellent adaptability, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Willing and able to relocate to Colorado

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, adapt, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and indirect instructional support to students with diverse needs
  • Collaborate closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Monitor and document student progress to ensure IEP goals are met
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
