Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification (state requirements may apply)
- Expertise in both classroom teaching and case management for IEP/504 plans
- Previous experience supporting students with diverse needs strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized education plans to support student learning
- Manage caseloads, maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff to ensure student success
- Participate in meetings, interventions, and ongoing professional development
